After upgrading to WP Slimstat 3.7.3 my site goes blank

Can I take a look at the website? What’s the URL?

Of course – the URL is https://tangoartisan.com/

Slimstat is deactivated atm … reactivating didn’t help as re-installing did.

So the issue is gone now?

No unfortunately not – please excuse my bad use of English … it’s not my native language :-/

I meant to say that neither re-activating nor re-installing resolved the issue ??

Could you delete the plugin’s folder (DO NOT UNISTALL IT), download the zip file from

https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/wp-slimstat.latest-stable.zip

and re-install it? I’m afraid some core file is missing from your install for some reason.

@camu: thanks for taking your time to resolve that!
Unfortunately your proposed solution didn’t work out :-/
I was to establish a ftp connection to the server and remove the plugins folder. I then installed the latest zip-file via the WP admin interface (-> Plugins -> Add new) and activated the plugin again. That led to blank pages again ??

Do you have access to your PHP/Apache error logs? That’s where you might find some clues.

Only to the Apache error logs and there’s nothing with reference to wp-slimstat …

So I am the only one reporting that kind of problem? Maybe it’s theme related? Or one of my (little since I’m certainly not an expert) modifications make the last version not working anymore …

At this time, no other users have reported such a critical problem with Slimstat. If you’re accessing Slimstat’s API methods directly, please make sure to check the code, as a few things have changed in version 3.7.3.

Oh I wouldn’t dare to access the API directly – I’m a leek remember? ??
Perhaps the wp-slimstat config as I use it is of any help?
