After Upgrading WordPress 3.6 in dasboard settings option not working

    After upgrade WordPress 3.6 All are working great. but when I go to admin dashboard area and click on settings, It Display server error please help me… Even when I try to edit some old posts also shows server error, but new posts can edit.
    I tried to deactivate all plugin method but still not working.
