after upload that has worked in the past. No products show up

I have 6 sites that I am uploading products to. I upload 25 or 1000 products and it says done…. I go to products and they are not showing, but if I look up at the # of products the did add.. store and office side they do not show at all. This started last week, but I have a new theme on a site, and I thought that it may be settings on that theme. I can not get plugin to work on any site now. all wp 3.6.1 woocommerce based stores. all updated.
