I’m sorry about that. Our plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce 4.1 and we haven’t had any other reports of this issue yet so I think something else may be wrong here.

The undefined function that this error refers to (wc_get_order_statuses) is a core WooCommerce function, so I don’t know how that could be missing.
Can you check whether WooCommerce still works when you disable the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin? Is it possible WooCommerce was only partly installed/updated? How exactly did you perform the WooCommerce 4.1 update procedure – was that just via the backend clicking “update” or did you manually upload via FTP?

    Thanks a lot.
Yes, I clicked on the Woocommerce update. There is a problem and with the update of the Woocommerce itself, a lot of people complain and there are many versions lately.
Generally, when I turn off Woocommerce and your plugin – WordPress works. Otherwise, the screen is white. seems to problem again with Woocommerce.
Should I update it via ftp?

    thanks
    Miroslav

    Hello Miroslav,
Installing via the WordPress is always preferable. You could try removing the woocommerce folder via ftp and the installing directly via the backend (plugins > add new > search for woocommerce > install).
Then test with PDF invoices disabled and only WooCommerce (watching out for any notices WooCommerce may show). If that works well, try activating PDF invoices. Here too I would recommend using the latest version, 2.4.7 is not the latest.

Let us know what you find!

Hi, I have another hosting where I test. Everything is fine there.
What worries me now is whether the length of the installation of Woocommerce which is longer, is generally a problem.

Whether disabling, inserting via ftp, and turn it on gave the result?

    Thank you
