• Hi all,
The computer I have is a computer from the company I work for. It has all kind of security programs such as zscaler.
Before the wordpress update that occured 2 days ago I could see my website through my computer.
Since the update my computer blocks my site saying it’s insecure.
I checked the ssl, and it looks ok.
The site is https, not http.
I can still see my site through the cell phone, but it’s not enough, because if I want to add a post or a page or make any modifications, I want to be able to do it while working on the computer.
What could be the cause of identifying my website as insecure by my computer, and how can I fix it?
    Thanks!

Are you using some antivirus for web shield? try to disable it (or better add an exception for your site).
You can report a false positive to your antivirus vendor.

Online scanning services do not show any harm or blacklist status.

Moved to Fixing WordPress, this is not an Everything else WordPress topic.

If your company is using ZScaler to intercept and decrypt the https content then you may need to import the ZScaler root certificate and mark that certificate authority as trusted.

    Thank you.
The thing is, I am not the admin of my own computer.
I have no ability to install or uninstall programs, neither modify zscaler.
All these actions are done only remotely by the IT of the company.
I can only use what I have on the computer already.

Something changed in the WordPress – otherwise why before the update my site was not identified as insecure?

Yes, I kinda thought that was the case from this part. ??

It’s a weekend so you may not get the help from the work support (or may, some companies do) but show them this topic.

When the browser says “Insecure content” it’s almost always one of two reasons.

The thing doing the HTTPS interception and decryption is returning the page to the browser using a certificate that the browser says “WHOA! That’s not good.”

It also could be that something is redirecting to a block page and the cert is still not trusted.

Either way they work support may need to help you sort this out.

Should they ask (they may) your site is fine and show them this page.

    https://www.digicert.com/help/

If you put into that page your URL from above, according to DigiCert your site’s certificates are installed correctly. No issue there. They should be able to help you.
