After WP 5.5 update WP-Live Chat not working properly

    We recently updated to WordPress 5.5. the current PHP version is 7.4
    after the update, the entire site started running slow. I disabled all the plugins and the site started to work fine. then I enabled each plugin one by one checking the site each time. I believe that WP-live chat plugin is making the site super slow. also when I logged into WordPress and clicked on Live Chat and this is this error message.

    Hi there,

    I believe there’s 2 different issues here.

    1) The error i see in the screenshot you provided indicates that there’s a different problem with your site.

    2) Regarding the site slowness you mentioned, we’ve had some issues with our live chat service on Friday last week. The issue with our service caused customer sites to take a long time to load. This slowness was resolved. We’re also releasing a new version of the plugin that will prevent this from ever happening again.
