After WP-update and Niso upgrade no image upload

  • After updating WordPress and the plugin, I can not add images any more in the admin-UI.
    Next to that a nag-screen is shown at the top of all admin-screens which can be closed with the cross, but the “DISMISS THE NOTICE” does not work.

    Niso Carousel : version 1.3.6
    WP: version 5.2.3
