After WPML Update Site down

Hi, I’ve updated the WPML string translation and site went completely off. I received this email but can’t even log in in recovery mode. What to do?
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
