Afterpay not showing after manual order add.

  • Hi All,
    I have a strange problem. When manually adding an order in woccommerce, and a link is sent to the customer, the only options showing are Paypal, Bank Deposit and Square Credit Card.
    Other options such as Afterpay, Openpay and zip completely disappear.
    I’m sure they worked before the latest woocomemerce update.
    All Plugins are up to date.
    I’m Running Woocommerce 4.6.2

    If the customer creates the order himself, all options show up.

    Hi @pingpongrob,

    Thanks for your question. The Afterpay plugin currently relies on a checkout token to complete the order, so Afterpay is not available for orders that bypassed the checkout.

    Support for this workflow has been requested previously, and is currently being reviewed by the engineering team. Any updates will be distributed via the WordPress Plugin Directory.

    The latest release v3.0.0 of the plugin has addressed this problem with manual orders. Please update the Afterpay plugin on your website and try that out.
