    Even though Afterpay is installed, it doesn’t show on our site anymore throughout the payment process.

    I am unsure on where to start the troubleshooting. I checked the Afterpay log, and it seems to work. WooCommerce is set up correctly, as we make regular sales.

    All plugins are up to date too.

    Possible cause – We cloned the website to a New Zealand variant, and the guys who did it were not as professional as I had hoped. AfterPay also doesn’t work on the cloned website.

    What do I do? Where do I start dealing with the problem?

    Ok – some troubleshooting and I found that the “developers” copied the entire site, including the Merchant credentials which probably stopped functioning after having the same ones for a NZ website AND the original Australian website.

    Now where-o-where do I apply for new credentials?

    Thank you for your messages.

    If there are two distinct and separate websites, one for processing transactions in AUD and the other for NZD, then a dedicated Afterpay Merchant account will be required for each currency. Each account will need to have a bank account nominated for the settlement of funds in the local currency.

    Please reach out to your Business Development Manager (BDM), the member of the Sales Team who originally set up your Afterpay Merchant account, to apply for a second account.
