(Again) Problems on updating to 2.1.6

Hello,
since my last problems when I updated to 2.1.1 I switched to plugin version 2.0.26.
Today I tried again to update to the new release 2.1.6, but get the following error when updating with wp-cli:Anschalten des Wartungsmodus?... For now I downgraded again to 2.0.26 (as described in my previous post).
Any ideas what is the problem here?
