Age Gate issues

  • Hi,

    I noticed that Age Gate displays the label “Location” within the WordPress user dashboard instead of birthdate or something similar for this field.

    When I use the %s in the form field on the messaging settings tab (under the subheadline field), I get an error message which you can retrieve on my homepage.

    Also, in the Age Gate User Registration settings, the plugin adds a / to my registration,
    account, and checkout messages. I tried to remove this from each field, but it reappears.

    Hi @ieremias,

    Sorry for a bit of a slow reply, been so many topics this week!

    I think on the first one, you’d maybe added %s more than once? It only let’s you do it one time. Maybe something I should look to improve.

    For the other one, is that in the Admin or the main site?

    Hi again @ieremias,

    Just had a look at the docs for the placeholders, if you are using the age multiple times, rather that putting %s for the age, use %1$s and it should replace all of them
