Age Gate Showing Loading Wheel

  • Hey there,

    I need some help with an issue I’m having with the AGE GATE plugin. I’m getting a loading wheel when I enter DOB and in the console I’m seeing the following error ‘The Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource…’ Can you help with this at all or advise what I can do to fix.

    Hi @mrcoker,

    Looks like it’s probably a WP setting issue, looks like your home urls are set incorrectly so it’s giving age gate the wrong url to send the request to.

    I’d expect it to be https://www.superdrug.com/blog but instead it’s https://www-wp-sd.uk.aswatson.net/blog. Should be able to fix that in the admin by updating the general settings.

    Hi Phil,

    So the company I work for have a security system that separates the wordpress blog and a system we call hybris – so hybris is the container and the blog is inserted within the container in order to show the content hence why the url’s are different. So is there a another way to fix this because changing the site url’s are not possible unfortunately.

    ps: Is it possible to make this ticket private as I don’t really want the content of this issue to be on public view?

    As for making this private, I’m not sure. Might be able to report it as security related on the right and see if the admins can take it out of public view.
