Agenda View expanding panel stops working every so often

I used to have no problem with showing about 18 events on my homepage and 25 events on my calendar page in agenda view. I have upgraded my website and installed various other plug-ins, so I’m guessing it is some kind of JavaScript conflict. When I click ‘Save Settings’ in Timely settings, immediately start working again, but sometimes only for minutes – next time I go back to the same page, it has stopped again … how can I identify what the problem is?
