    Hi Pradeep! Congratulations for the excellent plugin.

    I need to have two agents: I and my colleague, Monique. Monique supports only one category (doubts about a course). I see that she would have to access my administration of WordPress website to check the tickets sent to her, and it would be inconvenient, and she could see the tickets sent to me too. Querying a few posts I knew she can access the frontend and pre-assign tickets to agents, but I did not understand how to do this.
    But what I really need is how I could set up for her to see only single tickets related category of her course and without access my admin panel WordPress?

    I found the solution:

    Change the user role that you do not want to see your tickets for Author (as support agent he sees all tickets).
    Then in Settings / General tab / Agent Settings section / check: Allow Agents to assign tickets.
