Agent WebPage

Hello I would like to know if I can have a web anget the same way I have the customers pages. I mean, when I have to create a ticket I go into my site and I create it, but when I have to work on the ticket I have to go inside of my site using my wordpress admin account.

Whant happend, the agents can modify my site. What I need is the agent go to a web agent page and no more.
