I activated the plugin today. It seems ok, I set up the special page.
But when I tested, on logged-out browsers, I hit AGREE button and it redirects to admin pages and says You must be logged in.
    This looks odd.
    Please verify.

Can you send me a link to where I can see this behavior?

This is not coming from the GDPR plugin.

You might have a plugin that is preventing access to this file. Try disabling your plugins until you find which one is doing it.

When you hit agree it wants to post somethings. Do you know what it is? I guess thats why it asks to login next…

It is going to post the form data to be processed and saved.

Maybe a security plugin is preventing it from running, even though I have it enabled for logged-out users.

Happened to me too, I did nothing, just cleared my cache ?? . Now it works again. Also, some people reported that it may have something to do with some security plugin, but that is untested by me.

Can you check if you have caching running on your server or through a plugin?

If you do, try reducing the lifetime of the cache.
