    Appreciate your review!

    We’ll not give you the hope in the premium version but this is something blank area for us as well.

    We are aware of the issue but haven’t found any specific reason for that. We have tried to replicate the scenario in the local environment as well as in the one of the live site but unable to replicate it.

    This thread is already opened for this issue & they have an issue with ManageWP.
    Even with ManageWP, we have tried to update the plugin & it was working perfectly without losing GA ID or any other settings.

    The second thing is only 5-6% users are getting this scenario so we can’t say it is a bug from the plugin without testing it in their store. If this is a bug then it should be replicated for all the users.

    We need to test it from the backend of the store to find the exact culprit. We have asked for the same to the other users on the loop but they never contacted us via email.

    If you contact us & co-operate us in the debugging process then we can definitely find the exact culprit.

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

    This has happened 3 times now on the same site, GA Advanced Ecommerce Analytics is recording fine for months and months, and then all the sudden stops. I check the plugin, it’s activated, go to settings and the GA ID is now blank and several other options are now unchecked. I am now searching for a new plugin to accomplish this as I have lost too much data now to have any faith in this plugin. Definitely NOT buying the premium in the hopes that it would get fixed.

    @jsrobinson, I’ve removed the support part of your review. Some people have used the review system to leverage support, I’m not saying that’s what you’ve done but I’ve removed the issue and support request part of it to clear things up.
