Agreeable plugin is stop existing error messages on form from showing

I have installed the agreeable plugin to my site.

The terms and conditions checkbox works and has validation however, some existing errors messages on form now won’t show when completing form.

I’m using the plugin in conjunction with WordPress 4.2.2, BuddyPress 2.3.21 and bbPress 2.5.8
