agree/disagree in comments

I’m looking for a solution so that a user can do the following:

We write an article and a user must be able to comment on that article (standard wordpress functionality). BUT, the user must select the option DISAGREE or AGREE first, before being able to post his/her comment.

This way I want to find out if users agree with my post or disagree…

Any tips on how to accomplish this?
