We’ve had a weird problem happen 3 times now.
At 11am (London GMT) we re-installed the plugin & extended view add-on and re-input all our event data.

Initially the extended view (primarily Posterboard) work fantastically with our theme. We love the look of this plugin.

Within 3-4 hours the page morphs into a read-only style version of our content. The filter-menu is no longer its normal design… the table and button designs all disappear just leaving the information held as text on the page.

I’ve tried deavtiving all plug-ins to see if there is a plug-in clash.
I’ve not yet tried switching theme to see if it a thematic problem.

We are running OM child theme on WordPress 4.5.3.

I tried the plug-in on wordpress Twenty Fifteen and Twenty Fourteen and we still have the read-only issue.

Hi,

Please try: Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options (this regenerates the CSS).

Hi Benjamin,

This is a great temporary fix. Works perfectly again for 3-4 hours then back to read-only.
Any further advice?

Hi Benjamin,

I uninstalled plug-in but not the Poster-board add-on. Re-installed the version in the comments linked above.
Again, I experienced a temporary fix. Unfortunately the page defaulted back to a read-only version after a few hours.

Is this a common problem or unique to my experience of the plug-in?

Please try to upgrade the plugin to the latest version 2.5.10.

Hi Benjamin,

Updated and followed this process to regenerate the CSS: Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options.

It defaulted to text-only about 3 times today. Has a 3-4 hour lifespan before defaulting.

Made contact on Thursday and now waiting for a response so we can continue looking for a fix.
