    Hi @pensee-libre ,

    Please try creating a new feed and/or refreshing it. It seems that when visiting the XML file you get re-directed. It’s usually due to a plugin or theme.

    Try running a basic debug where only Woocommerce, Storefront theme and Product Feed Pro running

    after I put my site under maintenance I started by deactivating all my plugins except woo and the XML file works! now I need to identify the plugin at fault
