    With the new update, when I try to edit a post, the AIOSEO Settings section (title, description) won’t load, no matter which editor I use (classic, backend, etc). There’s a dot that appears like it’s trying to load, but nothing happens, no matter how long you stay on the page. I also can’t see any SEO info when I view our list of posts. There’s a column with the header “AIO SEO Details” that used to show our meta title/description next to each post. Now, it’s blank. When will this be fixed?

    Hey @isabellanpc,

    Are you seeing any errors in the console of your browser (F12)?

    @arnaudbroes Sort of? This is happening in every browser I’ve tried, but only one of those gives us an error. It’s a 403 – “the server responded with a status of 403 ()” but even in the browsers with no errors, AIOSEO won’t load.

    @isabellanpc,

    Can you provide me with a screenshot of the error you are seeing so we can ensure that it is from us?

    Also, we have and update that just went out that does address issues related to this, so I’d recommend upgrading and let us know if that changes anything.

    @benjaminprojas Updating didn’t work. This is happening on all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer) so I don’t know that showing you the screenshot will help considering there’s only an error in Chrome. I can send you a screenshot anyway, but I’ll have to email it since I can’t upload one here, if there’s an email address I can send it to.

    @isabellanpc,

    Feel free to reach out to us at aioseo.com/contact and just send the link of this page. Then we can get you in our ticket system where you can send screenshots, etc.

    @benjaminprojas Thanks, I did that!
