    Hello,

    Since very recently it has been impossible for me to have AIOS installed and active on my child sites managed by MainWP without having problems when MainWP actions (such as plugin updates) are returned.

    Everything was working fine until a recent AIOS update.

    I’ve checked the white-listing of the MainWP server’s IP, but the error is still there.

    I’ve contacted MainWP but they’ve advised me to contact the AIOS support, is it possible to understand how to get everything to work correctly before choosing another solution to protect my websites managed under MainWP?

    Main WP on the child site if you update the AIOS than it is having problems.

    Only AIOS plugin update have the issue right ?

    Here Which AIOS version right now is there in child site please cross check.

    Is it AIOS 5.2.2 or the latest 5.2.4 then let me know.

    Is there any error log logged during update tried in child site ?

    Make sure you have the correct IP white listed if the login white list is on child site.

    No, I don’t see anything in my MainWP logs.

    The AIOS version is the latest, yes, 5.2.4.

    And I confirm that it is the correct IP that is white-listed in AIOS.

    Is there any special option or function that needs to be disabled for everything to work properly?

    Hello,

    For those who have the same problem as me, the problem is simple but complex to identify. To fix it, simply upgrade to PHP version 8.1 (I was at version 7.4).

    It would have been nice to have support for this, it would have saved me hours of research… But it’s sorted now.
