    Dear Sirs

In a few sites I had problems connecting MainWP to child sites. As suggested by MainWP support team, I disabled plugins one by one, noticing that AIOS plugin was blocking the connection.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find what AIOS setting was blocking connections, in order to disable only that and keeping all the other security settings.

Anyone had this problem, and how solved it?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @riccardo79

Can you please cross check what error it shows 403 forbidden or redirect 127.0.0.1

If 127.0.0.1 Please cross check the Main site IP not permanently blocked,

WP security > Dashboard > Permanent block list have and reason for it.

If 403 forbidden firewall rule might be an issue.

WP security > Firewall > WP REST API unauthorised rest request enabled, Please disable it and cross check

    This is the reply:

    Connection test failed.

    URL: 127.0.0.1 (IP: 127.0.0.1) – Received HTTP-code: 404 (Not Found)

So, I’ll go to unlock the IP.

    Thanks for your support

    Hi @riccardo79,

Please cross-check the reason the IP is permanently blocked.

A related feature if being called by the Main WP, for example if it is due to blank http headers. below featuere you have to enable, Other wise IP will be blocked again.

WP Security > Firewall > Internet bots ban – Blank HTTP headers Ban POST requests that have a blank user-agent and referer

    Regards
