Hi, since AIOS version 5.2.2 I have the following problem. When I try to update my sites through MainWP platform, then even though the plugin’s update is successful, it seems like the update process has failed in the dashboard. Somehow AIOS is blocking the success response from reaching MainWP dashboard.

    Screenshot from MainWP dashboard https://prnt.sc/Fg3kM4gBP1Hv

    • Until AIOS version 5.2.1. this was working fine, and a green checkmark was showing, instead of the red X. I reinstalled 5.2.1 version today to checked this again, and I can confirm that 5.2.1 is working 100%.
    • If I disable AIOS everything is working fine again.
    • As soon as I enable AIOS, it stops working again, even before I click the notice to re-apply AIOS firewall rules.
    • It is not related to a MainWP update, I checked, the issue is only related to AIOS version change
    • This is happening for all plugins, in all sites managed through MainWP that have AIOS 5.2.2+ installed
    • I use Cloudflare in all sites
    • I added the MainWP dahsboard server IP and my own IP to allow list, but still not working https://prnt.sc/7qCqBl1Q0pgy

Could you please help me with this one?

    Thank you

Hmmm that’s weird. I tested on some sites with 5.2.4 and it works. But on some others it doesn’t.

I even disactivated the plugin, enabled it again, and setup the firewall again, but still I can’t make it work. So the problem remains on many sites.

Also, during the activate/deactivate process, I noticed that some rules are not applied when I activate the plugin again. The plugin settings should not change if I activate/deactivate. I noticed these 2 settings so far, I have them enabled, but when I deactivate and the activate again, they are switched off.

I don’t know if that’s related, probably not, but please have a look into this too.

    Hi @theogk

Can you please let me know the exported settings of the sites where AIOS 5.2.4 is installed and updated using MainWP do not work?

Deactivate and activate again the plugin and reapply settings seems some Firewall settings are not reapplied. we already know about such an issue and working on a fix for it.

    Hi @theogk

We have  worked on issues for MainWP sites and go to the child site,

try to update a plugin It shows the error.

Can you please upload the zip as Add new plugin and replace it with existing AIOS plugin and confirm the issue is solved.
