In the last few days, on multiple websites that I manage, when clicking on the AIOSEO notifications box on the AIOSEO tab in WordPress, the notifications do not appear and the page immediately becomes unresponsive. On Chrome I get a “wait or kill” page notification. On Firefox I get a notification that “this website is slowing down Firefox, to speed up your browser stop this page”. This is happening every time on different websites with different hosting accounts and different plugins. I tried disabling Malwarebytes browser guard in Chrome, reloaded, and still the issue occurs. Firefox is a fresh install with no extensions or add-ons.

All my websites run Divi theme, all are fully updated (WordPress, themes, plugins).

    Hi?@caricreates,
    ?
Thank you so much for getting in touch.
    ??
?Would you be able to use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) to debug possible conflicts by following the steps below?

    1. Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the All in One SEO plugin. This will temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
    3. Check if you’re able to reproduce the problem.
    4. If not, activate your theme and check again.
    5. If you’re still unable to reproduce the issue, activate the plugins one by one and simultaneously check if the issue occurs.
    6. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

If the issue persists, would you mind contacting us via this form so we can request extra information from you?

Please use the basic question form, and we’ll follow up with you there.

Thanks so much for your patience with us so far. We’ll be looking forward to your message.

    Hi @caricreates,

We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days.

I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
