I have been using AIOSEO plugin for years and it was working fine. Currently WordPress v6.3.1.

Recently AIOSEO plugin updated (within the last 24-30 hrs) and now the CSS for custom post types does not work. For example, Echo Knowledge Base articles, WP Download Manager download pages. When I disable AIOSEO plugin it works again. Basically, the website does not work when AISEO is enabled currently because AISEO is conflicting somehow and the CSS does not load so the functionality is gone.

No output in WP error log when debug turned on. No console errors. AISEO is the only plugin causing this (disabled all other plugins to confirm).

For example here is the webpage with AISEO enabled after your recent update (page/CSS does not work):

The page works normally again once AISEO is disabled:

    Please fix this problem asap.

    Hi @darthvaderwp ,

Can you please check and let me know if you’ve enabled any performance or page optimisation plugins on your site that minify or combine JS/CSS files? If so, could you try disabling those plugins and see if that fixes the issue?

If the problem persists after disabling everything, could you please go to?All in One SEO > Search Appearance > Advanced?and check if the?Run Shortcodes?toggle is enabled?

If so, could you please disable that toggle and see if that fixes the issue?

Please let me know what you find.

I don’t have page optimization/performance plugins on the site.

After disabling “Run Shortcodes” the site is working. Thanks

    Hey @darthvaderwp,

This issue is probably similar to the plugin conflict we have with Divi at the moment. We’ve got a fix for this in the works that will be released early next week. We’ll keep you in the loop.

I wanted to let you know that our Development team has just released a new version of All in One SEO (v4.4.7.1) which should fix the issue you reported.

For your reference, here is our changelog-

Could you please update the All in One SEO Pro plugin on your site to the latest version by going to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and let me know if you’re still facing the same problem?

I updated AIOSEO to v4.4.7.1 and enabled “Run Shortcodes” again and it is working normally again (CSS on posts intact).

That’s great to hear. Thank you for confirming that the fix works!
