    Hi there.
I have a 403 dialog on every page i access on my website (except the homepage). In Firefox it`s like this: first dialog – 403, second dialog- Forbiden. Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs.
I am running Litespeed cache. If i deactivate Litespeed i get none of those pop-ups.
I contacted my hosting provider and he told me that it`s a POST error on https //site.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. He told me that the problem is my security plugin which blocks a cached url..and that i should give up on that plugin.
If i delete the cache it works fine for 24 hours then errors are back again.
Is there an option in Firewall rules i have to uncheck?
Or something else to do about this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Try the following.

Disable all Firewall rules, then carry out a test. If it works, then you know it is one of the Firewall rules causing this issue. If that is the case, start enabling one by one the Firewall rules and at the same carrying out a test. Do this until you find out which Firewall rule is causing the conflict.

Another option you could also try is to disable the cache plugin. Then carrying out a test. What happens then?

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

I`ve already done what you suggest. Disabled all firewall rules->still error, disabled the AIOWPS plugin->still error. I disabled the cache plugin and there was no error.
I managed to find some posts in these forums where people are describing the same problem and it is related to Litespeed cache plugin.
So, i think it is not a AIOWPS problem… at least i hope. I have it installed for years and never had any issues with it.

Right now it works without errors…i deleted the cache yesterday…i am waiting 24 hours to see if it comes back (it usually does after a day or so).

    Thank you very much.

If you disabled our plugin and you still had an issue, then the problem is not related to our plugin.

Yes that is what I suspect, however it would be good to know if it is the cache system or not. I am also curious to know.

    Thank you

    I think i`m good now…
Yes it was the cache system (Litespeed) along with a captcha plugin used for comments.
I disabled the cache for logged in users, i changed the captcha plugin (it was abandoned anyway) and i think it`s ok now. Sorry to bother you for nothing..

I would have enabled the AIOWPS built in captcha (for comments) if it had the calculations in my language..but it is ok, i used another plugin just for that. Don`t want to use recaptcha to avoid another external connection to google..i just needed a simple one.

    Thank you very much.

    I am happy to know.

Which language are you referring too? The captcha strings are translatable, just in case you wanted to know.

    Kind regards

Now that you mentioned it i took a look into the .pot file and found those number strings (one, three, etc). I guess i could use the feature now. Thank you.
Anyway, amazing job you have done with this plugin.

(Sorry for the misspell in the topic`s title)
