Ajax Add To Cart Refresh Issue

The single product page standard add to cart buttons works correctly, but I have a table added below with additional product with ajax add to cart buttons. The additional ajax buttons do add the products to the cart, but only show in Caddy’s cart on reload of the page. Is this a Caddy cart refresh issue? Is there a way to refresh the cart without page reload from the table ajax add to cart buttons?
