    Hi Guys,

I seem to be getting this error on my IWP dashboard:

‘Ajax API error Mysql connect error: (1226) User has exceeded the ‘max_user_connections’ resource (current value: 40)’

Have had a look online and cant find anything relevant, most of the topics are just discussing either SQL or other databases or the front-end of WordPress sites. If anyone knows anything that can help or even point me in the right direction, I will be very appreciative.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. The error you’re experiencing is related to the MySQL database connection limit. Error 1226 occurs when the user exceeds the allowed number of simultaneous connections to the database, which in this case is set to 40.

To resolve this issue, please contact the hosting provider of your InfiniteWP admin panel installed server and request an increase in the max_user_connections value. Additionally, you should reduce the Max Simultaneous Requests limit under the IWP admin panel App Settings page.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at help at infinitewp dot com.

    Best regards,
    Asvin

Asvin, I created a new support request here. I also emailed you at [email protected] but I’m not getting any response. Please let me know if you’re still alive and kicking. This plug-in is having severe issues. Please reply. Gary Gordon

The comment by Gary Gordon, for this ticket, should be deleted. The issue with the plugin was not a problem with the plugin at all. Please remove the comment or disregard it completely.
