Ajax call seems to fail

    In order for the chat to work, the required JavaScript file, sac.php, needs loaded on the page. It /looks/ like the sac.php file is included on the page you mention, but when you check the link it leads to the following errors:

    “No such file or directory …”
    “Failed opening required …”

    Once the file is included properly, the chat functionality should work normally.

    Hey Jeff, thanks for the quick response. Do you have a recommendation for the best file to include sac.php on?

    It should happen automatically, and it looks like the plugin is doing its part by including the JavaScript file, but again there is an error in the file itself, which looks like its something server-related or some other issue that requires investigation.
