Hello,

I sometimes get an AJAX error when loading ‘Customers who bought this product’.
You have to reload the page and then the result is displayed, but sometimes you have to try several times and it may not load… Do you possibly have a solution to solve the problem permanently.

Hi, sorry about the delay. I have a feeling this might be either a compatibility issue or maybe an issue with your server. Can you try disabling all plugins except for mine and woocommerce and letting me know if you are still seeing the issue?

I notice that your plugin is not yet specified as compatible with WP version 6.3.1 only up to Compatible up to version: 6.2.2.
The site runs on 6.3.1. Do you think this could be the source of the problem?

No, it is compatible with the latest version, I just haven’t updated the compatibility notice yet. Did you try without my plugin? Is it still giving an error?

Ok, do you think the global php version may be the problem, I’m on stable 7.4. Should I upgrade to version 8? There is no PHP Fatal error in the debug.log file. Thanks for your help.

No, 7.4 should be good. 8 is better but not everything is compatible with it yet so you might run into even more issues.
