    Hello, I got this error trying to use the plugin today. Can anyone suggest what I can do about resolving it?

    Hello katsiana,

    this message is thrown, when either no user is connected with the plugin, or the API-files couldn’t be loaded.

    Did you authenticate the plugin with your Google account? Please follow the steps on the plugins main page (see right navigation bar in your admin backend for a link to the wsko page) to verify your site ownership with your Google Account and register the account with our plugin.

    If you have allready setup the connection, please check your plugins. Do you have anything installed that also requires a Google account? If this is the case, please send us a list with your plugins at [email protected] so we can rule out (or fix) compatibility errors.
