Ajax Event Calendar and Mathjax

I would like to add the Ajax Event Calendar to my site, but I need to use Mathjax throughout. There is no problem for displaying formulas in the [eventlist] shortcode, as this is converted into HTML by AEC, and so Mathjax can take over and do what it needs to. But I am having trouble doing this for the event form popup displays, or in the [calendar] shortcode. Any suggestions? Possibly a general way of running Mathjax with Ajax? Thanks.
