• Hi there,

Thanks for the awesome work guys!

Unfortunately, after updating from WC 2.6.x to 3.0.7 the plugin started to behave in a strange way. I have two attribute filters in my shop page and they’ve always been working fine prior the update.

YITH widgets are configured as Label, “AND” condition.

Now i can see that the filter’s labels point to query URLs like:

    myownshop.it/shop-page-slug?product_cat=corsi-online&source_id=9&source_tax=product_cat&filter_area=area-numero-uno

If i click on the filter, then the .products div is updated, but it always shows all the products, with no filter applied at all.

I’m using Storefront (which is up to date) modified with a child theme. The child theme itself does NOT modify in any way AJAX and/or WP_Query objects, so it should be fine.

    Can you please guys help?

    Hi,

this error has been pointed out a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be related to permalinks somehow. As soon as I turn off permalinks (using …/?p=123), the filters work again. If I use any of the other permalink settings the filter stops working.

I’d really appreciate a solution for this. This plugin was perfect before and now, unfortunately, it’s unusable.

    Thanks for your help,
    Jenny
