Ajax filter loading dots issue

Hello. We have installed and used your plugin for a couple of months now. Each time we create a new staging environment we get different issues. The latest issue is related to the dots that hover the page and keeps loading even though the page has already changed. We have tried literally everything form disabling all the plugins to checking settings in SiteGround. Nothing worked. The funny part is that the live site has no filter or ajax issue, the issue only appears in staging environment copies of the live site. Any idea on why this gets triggered? Could there be something else we are missing? We cannot push live a staging version if the ajax does not work on the staging environment. Thank you for your help.
