Ajax form validation is not working

Why isn’t My AJAX Contact Form Working Correctly?

I added <?php wp_head(); ?> in header file and <?php wp_footer(); ?> in footer file at end of the file.
Everything perfect, But the problem is, i have unnecessary Jquery function in my footer file.
I just removed that JQuery function and now CF working perfectly with AJAX validations.
