AJAX Instant Search Compatible Plugins?

Hi there – We are currently using an AJAX instant search plugin that displays instant / live results as the user types their search query. Does Relevanssi come with a similar feature built in? If not, are there any instant search plugins that are compatible and will use the Relevanssi index to return search results?
