• Hello,

    I installed and set up “Unique ID Generator for Learndash Certificate” in my website. Basically it generates a unique ID with any certificate and then you can verify it after submitting the ID.

    The verification page is: https://t.bohubrihi.com/verify-certificate/. But when I enter a certificate ID and click on search, it takes me to the 404 page and says page not found. You can check it by submitting this ID: 76-156-285-8769

    I contacted their support and they said “it is supposed to remain in the same page when you submit the key and show the results via ajax. But your page is forwarding. You can see our demo here: https://plugintest.in/verifier-1/ ID: 2-155-645-6785”.

    Then I changed the theme to default wordpress theme and the problem was not there. So looks like it’s a theme conflict.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    Are you a paid user of OceanWP? If yes, then please contact the OceanWP support on oceanwp.org.
    For the issue, go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hit the save to regenerate the htaccess file. Also, try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, not a premium user, license got expired few months ago.

    Also, tried as per your suggestion but found no plugin conflict as well. Only changing the theme solves the issue.

    Okay, can you please try to disable all the plugin except ocean extra and the recommended plugin to create the issue? Let me know it works or not.

    @apprimit ,

    Did this. the problem is still there when I disable all plugins accept ocean extra and my plugin. Disabling ocean extra doesn’t help either ??

    ONLY the change in theme solves the issue.

    Hello,

    Can you help me with this? As this is clearly a theme issue, the plugin author wouldn’t look into it further.

    Hello,

    We have received your ticket on oceanwp support and get back to you asap.
