Ajax is not working

Hello Meg,

I’m using this plugin (v4.6.1) on my custom theme on https://paa.ir/fa/ at the bottom of page via shortcode.

I have enabled ajax validation but it doesnt work, I’m using jQuery 1.11.3 and Google maps API, I think its a confliction between JS’ , is there any guide for me to use ajax validation on my website?
