Ajax loading problems

  • We have been using this plugin from last one an half year not sure what happened suddenly some issues came up.

    In the admin area where the list of invoices show up (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpi_main), the ajax loader isn’t stopping loading and the navigation to next pages isn’t happening and the bulk action (in the select box above table) is not working on invoices.

    I troubleshoot to find it is the issue with any plugin or theme by deactivating all plugins and changing to WordPress default theme still the problem persists.

    I am using WordPress version Version 4.9.6 and WP-invoiceVersion 4.2.0

    I believe this is some issue with the Ajax calls. I tried digging but couldn’t solve it.

    Hello.

    Not sure what could be the issue, we can’t replicate that. Do you have any error in the console or in your error log?

    Did you work with your database directly?

    No, I don’t see any error in the Console too. Can I share my website login? What is the best way?

    As for me, it seems you have some broken single invoice, which is causing the issue, so I asked about your last database changes.
