Ajax not working on ‘category’ or ‘shop’ page

  • I’m using Flatsome so appreciate it’s probably something to do with that theme (I have reached out to their support as well) but I was wondering if there’s something in particular (Woocommerce related) that could cause a conflict?

    The ‘remove’ from compare (in widget) works. And the ajax ‘compare’ works on a single product page (for the product in question, but not the ‘related’ products)

    I know it’s a long shot but if anyone has any thoughts on potential conflicts or any debugging I can check? I’m not getting any errors in console but I know that doesn’t mean there’s not a conflict somewhere.

    Hi,
    I think, as you, it’s probably something related with the theme.
    You can try to leave all unchanged and deactivate only flatsome. If all works good with “Twenty Theme” you know exactly that the problem was with the theme.
