When we add a product to the Wait List, we do not get the success message until we manually refresh the page. We are using the Uncode theme. Screenshot1 is the form we see when an item is out of stock. Screenshot2 is what we see when we submit an email address (note no text). Screenshot is what we see after manually refreshing the page (text is displayed).

    Hey Ivan,

    The plugin is activated.

If you refresh your browser with the page in the link provided, you will see the Out of Stock message and the block to be added to the wait lst.

    Hey Ivan,

I just noticed that you have to be logged in to see the message, which is weird.

If you are not logged in, the message does not show.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

As my colleague Iván said, I cannot see the form in the product and also the message.

Probably it a cache problem and you see the message. Could you make a test and try using incognito mode?

Please, try it and let us know.

    Have a good day.

How do I give you access to the back end of the website so you can log in and test this for us. In order to see this working, we require users to log into the website back end.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

Unfortunately, you cannot share credentials from this section and it doesn’t allow me to access to your backend site.

My suggestion could be to test the plugin using a default WordPress and WooCommerce installation and a default theme like TwentySixteen. Then you’ll see if you get the same problem.

    I hope it helps you.

    Have a good day.
