    Can you enable debug and post the javascript error you get? Most of the times the ajax url is not allowed!

    Alicedraper, the debug option is inside the plugin′s options, it states something like “enable debugging”.

    anyone find the solution to this one? I get the following error on debug:

    POST https://domain.dev/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 502 (Bad Gateway)

    have a local vagrant nginx box been trying to figure out.

    I posted this in another thread but it might help some of you finding this. The developer helped me figure it out when this was happening to me. It was that a few of my images sizes were too big. That pause to load such a big image was allowing the time out. I reduced the size and it fixed the problem.
