(Ajax problem) Failed to load resource: the server responded with status of 503

    I can not get the tables to add, edit and delete custom meta. Using firebug I get this message:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable) mysite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=umm_switch_action&umm_sub_action=umm_add_custom_meta&width=600&umm_user=1

    It only works when i access it directly on the browser without the “width” parameter.

    mysite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=umm_switch_action&umm_sub_action=umm_add_custom_meta&umm_user=1

    Problem fixed via the server. ModSecurity rule was being triggered.

    I would like to know more about this issue.

    I have noticed occasional problems with ModSecurity since around WP 3.9 release.

    I also believe WP 3.9 was the culprit. This was the issue :
