AJAX product search – DOMException

I’m using the Divi theme and while I’m using the Ajax Product Filter on a custom made products shop page, I keep getting this DOM exception error which ends up breaking the page. I can refresh the page and the error goes away but it seems to happen after I’ve selected one filter and I either reset the filter or deselect to choose another filter.

My plan is to purchase prior to launching the site but if it’s not compatibility with what I’m working with, then I don’t want to purchase a license if it’s not going to work.
