Ajax request

I am using latest version of wordpress . I am getting problem with the ajax call time . This is my website https://data-flair.training.I checked the response time in pingdom and I found that ajax call by contact form 7 is very costly for me. It is taking 2 sec to call. Is there any way to handle this request. It is making my website too slow.
