AJAX request failed

    I have installed the plugin, can click on ‘Add new’ to take me in to the plugin.

    When I click on any of the create pop up links I get the following error message….

    AJAX request failed, check if you still logged in or refresh the page.

    I have various work around but the plugin doesn’t seem to work or close. I have to click ‘back’ to get to the site.

    Any suggestions?

    Could you please check the server error log to see if you get any error?

    Sorry I don’t have access to the server logs, the wordpress site was built by a developer who uploaded the files to a hosting package by a 3rd party. I have very restricted communication with them. I only have access to the site via wp-admin log in.

    Could you try deactivating other plugins? Something is affecting but without seeing the actual error it’s hard to say.
