    Did you insert the correct ‘Div to display result ‘ in the search form setting page?

    I am having the same problem using AJAX.

    I assume that if I use #content-archive as the ID for the div it should work.

    Also, AJAX would mean that the user does not need to click on the Search button, right? As the selections are made, they are automatically displayed, right?

    The ID is theme dependent, so you have to check your theme for yourself where you want the results to display.

    As for the Search button, if you have read the FAQ, you will know that just simply put the ‘button=0’ in the shortcode will hide the button and any changes on the search form will trigger the search.

    My only question to add to this is, when you activate the ajax search, it returns the permalink rather than the results?

    You will need to customize the result template.
    Read this post for how to customize the template by using filter.

    Thank you! Just need to work out how to customize it so it returns the posts of the permalink ??
